She also manages estate litigation matters and provides corporate advice including establishing trusts, structuring and asset protection.
Having provided advice to individuals and couples with simple and complex assets structures and family circumstances, Penelope has also advised business owners and professionals (including lawyers and accountants) seeking specialist advice.
In the difficult time following a loved one's death, she assists executors, trustees and beneficiaries of deceased estates, and applicants and respondents in estate litigation matters.
Before joining Thynne + Macartney, Penelope gained valuable experience in family law, corporate law, leasing and conveyancing.
