About Phoebe

Phoebe is an Associate in Thynne + Macartney's Agriculture team.

Growing up in central regional Queensland, Phoebe's interest in agriculture was sparked by her family's rural connections.

Phoebe works across a number of matters and has developed her expertise to include:

• sales and purchases of grazing and farming properties
• land access and compensation arrangements for landholders involved in resource activities and statutory resumptions
• succession planning for and restructures of family-owned and corporate agricultural businesses
• renewable energy projects
• water entitlements, and
• agistment agreements.

Phoebe regularly travels to regional Queensland as part of Thynne + Macartney's visitation program.

After joining Thynne + Macartney's Agriculture team in 2019 as a law clerk, she is now an Associate in the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts – University of Queensland
• Bachelor of Laws – University of Queensland
• Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in May 2022
