Peter is Thynne + Macartney’s Chairman of Partners, Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s (QLS) Specialist Accreditation Board and a QLS Senior Counsellor. Peter is a founding member of Thynne + Macartney’s Business Advisory & Dispute Resolution Group and has played an important role in building a large and successful commercial practice..
Aaron is a QLS Accredited Specialist in Property Law. He has been responsible for the inception and growth of the property group and has 20 years experience in property law. He advises on complex leasing arrangements, property sales and acquisitions for a range of properties including schools, retirement villages, and commercial and religious premises.
Tim leads Thynne + Macartney’s Planning and Environment practice. With over 18 years experience, Tim is a specialist in planning and environment law and has expertise in all aspects of litigation and providing advice about development in Queensland.
