The Bill Loughnan Award for Outstanding Client Service was presented to Chloe Robson, Accounts Clerk, at a morning tea in front of colleagues and Bill's family on Friday 18 December.
The award was created to recognise a person at Thynne + Macartney who best embodies the firm’s values and commitment to outstanding client service, internally and externally, as reflected in our Client Service Charter. It is named in memory of Bill Loughnan, former Chairman of Partners, who passed on 7 October 2019.
Chloe joined the firm’s Business Support Unit in August 2017. This year, she was instrumental in ensuring Thynne + Macartney’s business operations ran smoothly by supporting her colleagues when the firm made the decision to send staff home to work remotely in early March due to COVID-19.
