Dye & Durham provides services to Thynne + Macartney to facilitate legal and records searches on behalf of our clients for various matters including property transactions. The cost of these searches is typically passed directly to clients as a disbursement and includes relevant government or agency fees.

It has come to our attention that Dye & Durham overcharged some of our clients for searches conducted on their behalf between July 2021 and July 2023.

We are in the process of notifying all affected clients by email to facilitate a refund or credit the overcharged amount to an ongoing matter.
