As Special Counsel, Darren leverages more than 10 years’ experience advising employers, management teams and senior executives across the full spectrum of employment law, workplace safety and industrial relations. With extensive expertise across employment law, workers’ compensation and industrial relations, Darren seeks to minimise the risks and liabilities associated with managing a workforce while emphasising proactive and instructive guidance to help his clients make informed strategic decisions that drive growth and success in their operations. |
About David Pawley
David is an Associate and advises across both contentious and advisory matters, assisting clients to manage workplace issues, minimise risk and respond effectively to complex employment and safety matters. With experience acting for both employers and employees, David offers a balanced perspective on workplace issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, wage compliance and disciplinary processes. He also provides strategic guidance on workplace investigations, regulatory risk and employment-related disputes, and has appeared before key industrial and regulatory bodies in Queensland. |
