About Fraser

Fraser is an experienced family law partner and leads Thynne + Macartney's Family Law Group.

With more than 11 years' experience acting across all types of family law matters, Fraser assists clients residing in Australia and overseas in relation to:

• complex financial disputes involving large asset pools, companies and trusts
• financial agreements (pre and post nuptial, and de-facto)
• spousal maintenance disputes, and
• parenting and child support matters.

Outside of his family law practice, Fraser sits on the Queensland Rugby League Judiciary and Disciplinary Tribunals as a panel member.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws - University of Queensland
• Bachelor of Commerce - University of Queensland
• Master of Applied Law (Family Law) – College of Law
• Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011
• Admitted to the High Court of Australia 2011
