Congratulations to Thynne + Macartney's Agribusiness team who has been acknowledged by Doyle's Guide as the only First Tier Law Firm practising Agribusiness.
2024 marks the 9th time the firm has been recognised as the only First Tier law firm in Queensland for Agribusiness.
Also recognised are partners Ari McCamley and Alex Ramsey as Preeminent Lawyers in Agribusiness, and Special Counsel Hannah Barbour as a Recommended Agribusiness Lawyer in Queensland. Thynne + Macartney is the only law firm to have three lawyers recognised for their expertise in this industry by the Guide.
Ari has been recognised since 2016 when the rankings began for Agribusiness. Alex was first recognised in 2018 and Hannah has been listed for the second year.
The announcement coincides with the opening of a Thynne + Macartney office in Toowoomba, enhancing the firm’s deep connection to regional Queensland. The Agribusiness team partners with AgForce Queensland and are appointed to industry policy committees within Queensland Law Society. Alex and Hannah are also approved advisors under the Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority’s (QRIDA) Carbon Farming Advice Rebate Program.
“Agribusiness has been a foundation of Thynne + Macartney since 1893,” said Ari, “Our team services clients across Queensland, northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Visiting clients and friends through our regional visitation program is key to our success and we always look forward to connecting with people in their communities.”
Thynne + Macartney maintains a visited office program involving regular scheduled visits across regional Queensland and northern New South Wales. Our 2024 regional visit schedule is published here and appointments can be booked by calling (07) 3231 8747.
