Louise Birnzwejg receives 2022 Bill Loughnan Award for outstanding client service

The Bill Loughnan Award for Outstanding Client Service was presented to Louise Birnzwejg, Paralegal, at a morning tea in front of colleagues and Bill’s family.

The award, now in its fourth year, recognises the member of Thynne + Macartney who best embodies the firm’s values and commitment to outstanding client service both internally and externally, as reflected in the client service charter. It is named in memory of Bill Loughnan, former Chairman of Partners, who passed away on 7 October 2019.

“Bill’s outstanding legacy at Thynne + Macartney was to ensure that clients receive the best possible service, which Louise embodies daily,” said Chairman of Partners, Marc Maskell, “We are proud and fortunate to have Louise amongst our ranks as she continues to build and sustain the long standing and successful relationships we have with our clients.”
