About Ryan
Ryan is an Associate in Thynne + Macartney's Commercial team. With more than five years' experience, Ryan focuses on commercial and property transactions.
Since joining the firm in 2021, Ryan has developed his expertise in contracts, leases, option agreements, share sale agreements and related transaction documents. He advises clients on a range of matters. including corporate law, privacy law and trust law, as well as assisting clients during the early stages of disputes.
Ryan has also advised on a residential development project that consisted of more than 50 residential lots, including the preparation of documents for the entire sale process.
Ryan works with a diverse range of clients, including national businesses, private developers, landlords and small business owners.
Recently, Ryan assisted a not for profit (NFP) client transition from an overseas registered entity to an Australian incorporated company limited by guarantee. This process included preparing a company constitution to reflect the bespoke requirements of the particular NFP.
He works closely with Thynne + Macartney's community partner Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation, advising it on intellectual property and corporate matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws – Queensland University of Technology
- Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in November 2019
