Litigated claims are rare in Queensland. Our native title specialist, Marc Boge, has been involved in all but one of the native title trials covering mainland Queensland. Marc has acted on more than 50 native title consent determinations acting for pastoral lease holders, developers and local governments.

 

Marc has helped clients navigate solutions since 1998 and advised on cultural heritage agreements and more than 250 Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs).
