About Vicky
Vicky is an experienced estates and succession planning practitioner and Partner in our Wills + Estates group. She advises families and individuals on all facets of estate planning, administration, litigation and trusts and is known for her compassionate and pragmatic approach with a focus on efficient and effective outcomes.
Approaching each matter with a comprehensive understanding of her client's needs and objectives, Vicky develops and implements estate plans tailored to specific family circumstances. She is sought after for her compassionate and holistic approach to estate planning incorporating the development of Wills, powers of attorney, trusts and strategies for succession planning. She will work with her clients' accountants, financial advisors and other advisors to assist clients to achieve their overall estate planning objectives.
Vicky takes great care assisting the bereaved to navigate the administration of estates following the loss of a loved one, and when disputes or challenges arise, she calmly guides her clients through the often confronting estate litigation process. As a capable litigator, Vicky is peer recognised for her ability to advocate for clients across a range of estate and trust disputes including Family Provision Applications, and applications regarding the undue influence of will makers, removal of executors and breaches of trustee or executor duties.
Drawing on more than 30 years' experience working in legal and non-legal roles, Vicky has the knowledge and skills to interpret the complexities of the relevant legislation and deliver positive outcomes for her clients.
