About Vicky
Vicky has more than 30 years' experience working in the legal industry and is a Senior Associate in the Wills + Estates team at Thynne + Macartney. She has the knowledge and skill to interpret the complexities of the law and deliver workable solutions to clients.
While studying law, Vicky worked at one of Queensland's leading Wills and estates law firm where she gained extensive experience and knowledge which helps her guide clients through challenging times in their lives.
Vicky helps clients understand the most appropriate estate plan for their situation, and then helps them prepare their Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys, Advance Health Directives, Binding Death Benefit Nominations and all other estate planning needs.
As well as helping executors and beneficiaries to navigate simple and complex estate administrations, Vicky has significant experience advising trustees on establishing and administering various trusts, including special disability trusts and charitable trusts.
Vicky approaches each matter ensuring she has a comprehensive understanding of her client's needs and objectives, and then provides practical advice focused on delivering the best outcome effectively and efficiently.
